The providers at Conifer Medical Center provide physical exams and preventative services, as well as management of any acute or chronic conditions. We have been serving our mountain community for over thirty years, providing adult and pediatric medical care. We are known throughtout the entire Denver and mountain area for our compassionate, professional care for our patients. All of our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. We provide a comprehensive set of diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic services for the entire family.

Preventive Medicine

Physical exams, vaccinations, cancer screening, preoperative, school, sport and employment physicals, exercise and nutritional counseling. If you would like to schedule a Health Maintenance Exam or "physical exam," please plan well in advance.These visits are intended for general health and wellness screenings. If you have acute or chronic symptoms or problems for which you would like a consultation, please schedule a separate visit so your issues can be given the time they need.

Minor Injuries

Conifer Medical Center is equipped to take care of most of your urgent care needs, with x-ray on site.

Nutrition

Receive personal, professional help for your nutritional needs. Everyone has a unique set of habits, health needs, eating preferences, and goals. Kathleen will assess your current diet, eating habits, health needs, activity level, and goals. You will work together to implement individualized, practical changes for better health. Kathleen Chaffer, Registered Dietitian, can assist you with nutrition counseling for: Elevated lipids, Type 2 Diabetes, Elevated Blood Pressure, Metabolic Syndrome, Weight Gain, Resting Metabolic Rate Measurement, Children’s Growth and Nutritional Needs.
